Dr. Andy Fullington
My name is Andy Fullington and I was born in Jackson, MS in 1971. I have one brother and three sisters.
My mom and Papa Rick are retired and live in Bolton, MS. I am happily married to Donna for 31 plus
years. Donna works for the MS. Loggers Association in Jackson. We have two wonderful children: Jenna,
who graduated from Mississippi State University and is the Assistant Livestock Director for the
Mississippi Agriculture Department; and Wyatt, who just graduated from Mississippi State University in
Forestry and is an instructor in Logging at Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS. We also have been
instrumental in raising Tyler Barlow, who is a graduate of Mississippi State University in animal science
and like our second son. Donna and I live on a small farm in Terry, MS where we enjoy living in the
country and raising Santa Gertrudis cattle.
I have been in the ministry since the beginning of 2008-2013 serving at Shiloh Baptist Church in Sontag,
MS, 2013-2024 Griffith Memorial Baptist Church in Jackson, MS, and currently serving as Senior Pastor
of New Hebron Baptist. My schooling includes graduating from Hinds Community College with an
Associate’s Degree; Leavell College with a Bachelor’s Degree; New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary
with a Master’s Degree; and receiving my Doctorate of Ministry Degree from NOBTS in 2022. I love the
Lord and always excited to share with you the living hope and faith I have found in Jesus Christ.

Thanks for stopping by! My bride, Deanna and I have been married fifteen years and are the parents of our daughters Harper and Rayleigh! We love student ministry and have a passion to lead along side students and families as we become life-long disciples of Jesus!
Outside of student ministry I enjoy Southern Miss football SMTTT and I am a proud member of the Who Dat Nation! Some of my favorite things include a hot cup of dark roast coffee, and an ice cold diet Dr. Pepper!

I was saved at First Baptist Church, Richland Ms. at the age of 13. I surrendered to the
ministry at the age of 15.

BIOGRAPHY
I became Ministry Assistant/Church Secretary on April 1,1990. I thank God for the opportunity to serve the family of Newhebron Baptist Church. I truly enjoy serving the People of God and my wonderful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have attended many Christian growth skill shops and I completed the office administration skills and requirements as a Certified Ministry Assistant. I was born at Magee General Hospital in Simpson County on February 9, 1951, along with my twin sister Brenda Rainey. My New Birth in Christ was March 17, 1988. I have been married to Kenneth Westmoreland since May 30, 1970. We were blessed with three children, Michael (married to Sali) with two children – Tristan and Sydni; Charlie (married to Missy) with two children – Mason and Levi and Kimberly (Kim) who just completed a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from NOBTS.
